Casa de Vinicius de Moraes, agora é o restaurante Casa di Vina em Itapuã

Imagine você almoçando na mesma casa onde morou e foi cenário do amor entre o poeta e compositor carioca Vinicius de Moraes e a atriz Gessy Gesse. Sentindo a energia de um lugar que foi refugio de encontros de poetas e artistas durante os anos que Vinicius viveu na Bahia. Manter esse espírito vanguardista  é o que propõem as novas proprietárias da casa, que atualmente funciona o restaurante Casa de Vina.

Localizado na casa do Farol de Itapuã , o restaurante  abriu suas portas ao público soteropolitano no incio desse ano(2015), mas só agora faz seu début. Idealizado pela empresária Renata Proserpio e sua filha, a atriz Luisa Proserpio, o lugar promove o encontro da arte com a gastronomia, apostando nos pratos mediterrâneos e na ambientação repleta de poesia para receber os amantes da boa comida e, claro, da arte.

“Criamos um espaço inspirado na contemplação do mar de Itapuã, na ode ao ócio sugerida em muitas das músicas de Vinicius, e nas histórias de amor do casal contadas por Gesse”, revela Luisa. O cardápio é resultado da parceria entre o Mar Brasil Hotel e o restaurante Montello, comandado por Stefano Bof e Maria dos Santos,  composto de frutos do mar, peixes e massas como o Spaghetti ai frutti di mare.

“Adaptamos alimentos que se encontram na região do Veneto italiano para os sabores e temperos da Bahia. Os ingredientes, cuidadosamente selecionados, harmonizam-se perfeitamente com os vinhos, ressaltando os sabores dos pratos”, explica Stefano. A inauguração para convidados acontece nesta quinta-feira(19), com coquetel e Sarau Cultural, e terá apresentação das Ganhadeiras de Itapuã com presença de Gesse Gessy e Auta Rosa de Calasans Neto, entre outros nomes.
